Vemco Group introduces 'safer' and 'smarter' Altec DB37 self-propelled Digger Derrick
The Altec DB37 self-propelled Digger Derrick is designed to help utility crews work safer and smarter and to remove the difficulty of backyard jobs.
The DB37 is packed with unique features.
- It has a sheave height to 11.1m and capacity up to 1.72 tonne.
- It can fit through a gate as narrow as 0.91m.
- Pendant controls enable maximum visibility and it can easily set 50ft Class 1 poles.
- The unit is rated to drive on slopes up to 10° side-to-side and 15° front-to-back. It has an optional personnel platform that allows it to work as an aerial device.
- With a full capacity fibreglass 3rd storage boom and a 5 function hydraulic overload protection system, this unit is perfect for a wide range of tasks.
