The AVS System comprises the Best® range of wood pole assessment products and processes to evaluate wood poles. With full compliance to the Australian/ New Zealand Standard AS/NZ 4676, the system evaluates the 'Serviceability Index' (SI) and residual strength of a structure. The SI is calculated as factored strength over factored load. See Technical Specs. 

Below is a diagrammatic representation of the full system. It must be clearly noted that the system components (that are detailed in products section) are dependant on the preceding process to its left. Therefore, as an example, Best Engineering can not be undertaken without a successful structural evaluation of the TMXScan. However, TMXScan can be carried out as a stand alone process.
