LSEData® (Comprehensive asset data analysis)

LSEData® is used to collate and analyse a sample of asset data and provides clients with clear, concise and accurate forecasting of defect rates, inspection frequencies and asset value. This high level analysis and forecasting is a must for asset managers and owners. It provides a framework for strategic asset planning and policy development.

LSEData® provides a high level analysis of pole assets. It is designed for the asset manager and businesses considering asset acquisitions. This valuable analysis calculates:

1. The residual strength of the asset base;
2. The serviceability indices of the asset base;
3. The lineal rate of decay of the assets; and
4. The potential value of the asset based on the calculated life expectancy.

Studies using LSEData® data has proved invaluable to distribution companies that have undertake such exercises. These studies require full implementation of the total AVS (Best®) system. Below are some real-life samples from a LSEData® project.
